Who we are
ZoneIQ (zoneiq.ae) is run by Raviansa Group LLC, a company licensed in the Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, Licence No. 2649009.01, United Arab Emirates, which is the controller of your personal data. For anything about your personal data, write to privacy@zoneiq.ae.
What we collect
- Browsing ZoneIQ: nothing that identifies you. We use no cookies and no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting. We also count a few actions as totals: a finished Deal Check, a sent enquiry and a confirmed newsletter sign-up. Each count holds only the action, the language, the page and the area, never your IP address, an identifier or what you typed. Your browser remembers the unit type and currency you last chose, on your device only; we never receive them.
- When you send the contact form: your name, email and/or WhatsApp number, country, budget band, what you want to do, the page you sent it from, your message, your consent choices and the time.
- When you subscribe to the market email: your email address, language, the page you subscribed from, and when you confirmed.
- Security: to stop abuse we check each form with Cloudflare Turnstile and limit how often one connection can send it. We keep a one-way hash of the connection, never the IP address itself.
Why we use it
Contact form: only to answer your request. We pass your details to one RERA-licensed partner who contacts you about it. Market email: to send you one email a month about the Dubai market. We send it only after you confirm by clicking a link, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We rely on your consent for both, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
- One licensed partner per request (a broker or mortgage advisor). Partners agree in writing to use your details only for your request.
- Cloudflare, which hosts ZoneIQ, stores the form data and sends our emails (Cloudflare Email Service).
- Google Workspace, which hosts our business mailbox. New contact requests are emailed to it so we can act on them.
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), with data stored in Germany, which receives error reports so we can fix faults. We send it no names, contact details, form contents or IP addresses.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there. Those messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- We never sell your data and never share it with anyone else.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form data is stored in Cloudflare's database service. Your name, email, phone number and message are encrypted before they are saved. Cloudflare, Google and Sentry may process data outside the UAE under their data processing terms. We delete contact requests 24 months after you send them, or sooner if you ask. Market email sign-ups that are not confirmed within 30 days are deleted. When you unsubscribe, we delete your address and keep only a one-way code so we never email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@zoneiq.ae from the address you used, or include the WhatsApp number. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Children
ZoneIQ is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already sent, we tell you first.
