Figures
- Every number on a data page is computed from the sources listed under data sources. Nothing is typed in by hand.
- When too few sales or rent contracts stand behind a figure, we show "Not enough data yet" instead of a guess.
- Figures we estimate, such as net yield and service charges, carry the label Estimated and the method is explained on the page or in the methodology.
- We describe the market as the data shows it. We do not forecast returns, and nothing on ZoneIQ promises a return or is financial advice.
- Each data page shows the date the data runs to. The data is refreshed every Tuesday.
Guides
- Guides are written in plain language and use ZoneIQ data for their examples.
- Rules and fees set by authorities (for example DLD and Ejari fees, notice periods, mortgage limits, permits and Golden Visa thresholds) cite the official source and the date we checked it, next to the claim.
- Every guide is reviewed before it is published and when a rule changes. Each guide shows when it was last updated.
Who reviews
The ZoneIQ team writes and checks every guide against the official sources it lists, and reviews it again when a rule changes. More on the About page.
Independence
No developer, broker or bank pays to appear on ZoneIQ, to be ranked or to be featured. Rankings and scores come only from the data and the published method.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, write to hello@zoneiq.ae with the page link. We check it against the source, correct it and update the page date. Errors in the source data itself are reported to its publisher.
